What can I bring with me for my pet to be more
comfortable?
- Current vaccination records.
Vaccinations must be faxed or called in ahead of
time.
- Anything you bring must be labeled with
your last name with indelible marker for
identification purposes
- If your pet requires a specific diet or has a
sensitive stomach then we recommend you bring your
own food. It's easiest for our staff if the food is
pre packaged in individual meal servings in zip lock
baggies
- You can bring your own bedding knowing that it
may be torn or chewed by your pet while at the
kennels
- You may bring toys or clothing
Do I need to make a reservation?
- Reservations are highly recommended. We
are busy facility and generally fill up quickly. We
recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee
a spot for your pet.
Why aren't your boarding rates 24 hours?
- Boarding rates are charged the way a
hotel charges. You are charged for the day of drop
off regardless of the time and then you will be
charged far an additional day if you pick up after
check out time of 10 am
Do you offer discounts for extended stays?
Honestly, the longer your pets stays away from
his or her owner, the more needy a pet becomes and
more attention is required by our staff which we
will gladly provide. Therefore, we do not offer
extended stay discounts.
Any pet staying longer than one
month must pay half the cost of the stay in advance.
