Vaccination Policy

We require that all vaccines are current, in our local files, or provided 5 days before your next grooming, daycare and/or boarding appointment.  If your vaccination records are not on file or are not current, please fax, or scan and email, a copy at least 5 days prior to your next visit.

 

Vaccines required for Dogs:


Canine Distemper (DHPP/DHLPP) - This is a standard 4-way or 5-way vaccine that is given during a typical puppy series with booster shots every year, or every 3 years, depending on your animals age and

your veterinarian's preference.


Rabies - Your pet is required by law to always be up to date on this vaccine. It is easily transferred to humans and can be fatal.


Bordetella (Kennel Cough) - This vaccine must be given prior to your pet visiting any high-traffic dog area, such as grooming, boarding, etc.  Kennel Cough is an airborne disease that is highly contagious among dogs and can be carried by both humans and other animals. If your dog contracts kennel cough, symptoms would be similar an animal version of strep throat.



Vaccines required for Cats:


FVRCP - A standard 5-way vaccine for cats given during a kitten series with booster shots every year, or every 3 years, based on your pet’s age and your veterinarian’s preference.


Rabies - Your pet is required by law to always be current on this vaccine.  It is easily transferred to humans and can be fatal.


Drop-off & Pick-up Policy

Drop-off and Pick-up times are: Monday - Friday: 8am-10am & 2:30-4:30pm

Saturday - Sunday:  9am-10am and 3:30pm- 4:30pm

You will be charged for an additional day

if you pick up your pets after 10am.

You are charged for the day you drop off regardless of the time.  

You will be charged for each additional day after 10am.



Reservation & Payment Policy

-  A Reservation Form is available on this site that will securely be forwarded to our administrative office. It requires all of the necessary information to pre-schedule your pet’s next boarding/kennel stay.  In order to reserve your spot we require your Credit Card information which is validated on the reservation form.  You will not be charged in advance however we require payment “information” to hold your boarding date(s).


-  We require that when you arrive at the Kennel to drop off your pet that you leave your pet in your vehicle until such time that all of the administrative details associated with your pet’s stay are completed.  This keeps the activity in the office orderly and safe for all staff and other clients and their pets.  Upon completion of the check-in process you, or one of our staff, can easily and safely bring your pet into the kennel under complete control.
